When pricing the work to be done, a few factors needs to be looked at, for example, the size of the attic, the existing amount of insulation, access and working space, water tanks and the position of them, water pipes and the actual opening in to the attic.

On average, the cost to insulate a 3 bed house at ceiling level cost 1500 euro.
